Do I need a wedding coordinator? Are you the right coordinator for me?Your wedding is one of the MOST IMPORTANT DAYS OF YOUR LIFE and there's only one shot to get it right. 20 years from now, YOU will be the one telling the stories of your big day to your kids and I want to make sure they're stories of Love, laughter, and fun. Not Stress and disappointment! ​ Wedding Coordinators are not for everyone and I might not even be the right coordinator for you. But I am the coordinator for you if you need a professional in your corner to answer all your questions along the way. I am the coordinator for you if the thought of vetting and securing up to 15 vendors for your wedding day stresses you out. I am the coordinator for you if you want your family to be able to enjoy your wedding day instead of running around handling the logistics. I love LOVE STORIES and as your coordinator, I want to make sure your wedding day is everything you dreamed it would be!

What is the difference between you and a venue coordinator?I have been a venue coordinator before and the responsibilities then vs. now are completely different. Basically, a venue coordinator is responsible for overseeing the set-up, in-house catering, and logistics as it relates directly to the venue. As your wedding coordinator, we will coordinate and manage ALL logistics involved with ALL vendors that are part of your big day. A wedding planner will make your life easier but will also streamline communication to all of your vendors (including the venue coordinator!) so that everything runs seamlessly and we will always be YOUR ADVOCATE with your best interests in mind... always.

Do you offer day-of coordination?No! Not true "day-of coordination" because we've found that this really isn't the best way for us to help our clients. Day-of Coordination is really crisis management and our goal is to MINIMIZE the fires before they event happen and we can't do that if we aren't involved in the planning process. Our base package is what we call 'Event Management' because it's more than help for just 1 day or 1 month before the wedding. This planning process starts as soon as we are hired and we are a resource to you all the way until wedding day which means more bang for your buck! I've found that this makes the world of difference for our clients and there is no last-minute rushing around because something fell through the cracks!

What is a Wedding Content Creator?A wedding content creator is a someone who captures wedding content from their phones and are NOT professional photographers/videographers. We are there to capture ALL the behind-the-scenes for you that day and capture all the beautiful moments for you to use for reels, tiktok videos, and just for keeps until your photographer/videographer finish the professional footage.

Do you work with clients who don't live in the area?ABSOLUTELY! A ton of the brides that I work with come to southern Utah/Zion or Las Vegas I love being able to make their lives easier by providing my preferred vendor list as part of my services or providing full vendor management! Not planning in Southern Utah or Vegas? LET'S DO THE DAMN THING wherever in the world you want.... so far we've planned weddings in Utah, Arizona, Colorado, Southern California, and Las Vegas. Where will your dream wedding take place??

Where does your pricing start?Prices vary based on a number of factors including date, time of year, number of guests, location, and the services I am providing. As a reference point, base pricing starts at $3000. Contact me directly and we can put together a package that fits your needs!

What your #1 piece of advice for newly engaged couples?Your wedding should be a unique celebration of your love for each other. It should be as big/small/adventurous/out-there/non-traditional/unique/fun as you want it to be. The only rule you have to follow is the whole marriage license thing and don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
