The Design

Karina and Francisco’s design vision was classic romance with a modern edge — think white-on-white florals, clean lines, candlelight for days, and thoughtful details that felt intentional without trying too hard.

The Pivot (Because Sometimes Mother Nature Has Other Plans)

Here’s the thing about weddings: even the best-laid plans occasionally meet a surprise — in this case, the weather.

The morning started with blue skies, but by midday, the forecast turned on us. Making the call to move everything indoors was tough — no one wants to give up that dream outdoor moment — but experience has taught us that trusting your gut (and your planner) always pays off.

Our vendor team rallied fast. We reimagined the layout, shifted design elements, and made sure the indoor space reflected everything Karina and Francisco had dreamed of. And thank goodness we did… because right when the ceremony was supposed to start, it was pouring. Like, full-on tropical storm levels of rain.

But honestly? The vibe was even better. The space felt cozy, intimate, and full of warmth — the flicker of candlelight bouncing off every surface, the music, the laughter, the sound of rain outside. It was magic.

The Showstopper Moment

Now, let’s talk about the moment everyone remembers: the photo tunnel.

We created custom walls lined with blown-up engagement photos of Karina and Francisco — larger than life and absolutely stunning — leading the way into cocktail hour. Overhead, a canopy of twinkle lights. Below, the walkway lined with candles. It was the perfect transition from ceremony to celebration, and set the tone for what came next.

And that entrance? Unforgettable. Karina and Francisco made their grand debut through that tunnel with a bottle-service-style entrance alongside their wedding party, and the crowd went wild. It was pure joy — the perfect blend of elegance, energy, and unapologetic fun.
