Scott & Angela's Las Vegas Wedding Itinerary

Las Vegas Wedding Itinerary:

Scott and Angela planned a wildly intentional, non-traditional wedding and you are going to want to save this Las Vegas Wedding Itinerary! Some weddings break the mold — and then there’s Scott & Angela’s.This wasn’t just a celebration. It was a weekend-long experience built around joy, connection, and vibes over tradition. From cowboy hats to tacos, pool parties to Fremont Street, every choice they made reflected who they are: bold, fun, and completely themselves.

Hailing from Texas, Scott and Angela knew they didn’t want the typical wedding. No cookie-cutter timelines, no stiff traditions, and definitely no ballroom dinners. They wanted something full of intention, personality, and freedom — so they came to Vegas, and we helped them design a celebration that felt just right.

A Pre-Wedding Moment on Fremont

Two days before the wedding, Scott & Angela met their photographer for a just-us photo session on Fremont Street — and we can’t recommend this enough. It gave them space to slow down, explore, and soak in the moment without the full wedding-day schedule. The result? Epic images, zero pressure, and a moment they’ll never forget.

Welcome Dinner at Cabo Wabo Loft

Instead of a formal rehearsal dinner, they kicked things off with a casual welcome dinner at the Loft at Cabo Wabo. The vibe: laid-back, playful, and full of love. Guests helped themselves to a taco buffet, grabbed spicy margaritas, and settled in for a night of laughter — including a round of The Newlywed Game that had everyone cracking up.

After dinner, the whole group headed to the Strip for an impromptu night out — no plan, no pressure, just good energy and great company. Exactly the way Scott and Angela wanted it.

Ceremony at the Neon Museum

On the wedding day, guests gathered for a golden hour ceremony at the Neon Museum, surrounded by iconic Vegas signs and vintage light. It was quirky, sentimental, and full of soul. The couple didn’t wear traditional wedding attire — and they didn’t want to.

Angela wore something colorful and completely her own, while Scott’s look included Western details that nodded to their Texas roots. The entire guest list showed up dressed to impress — think boots, fringe, bold color, and cowboy hats across the board. It was a true Western-Vegas mashup and somehow felt both stylish and effortless.

A Poolside Reception at the Palms

After the ceremony, the party moved to a private poolside space at the Palms. Instead of a traditional reception, guests were greeted with cocktails, lounge seating, sunset views, and a DJ spinning their favorite tracks. It felt more like a backyard bash meets rooftop lounge than a wedding — and that’s exactly what they wanted.

There were no strict timelines. No assigned seating. Just dancing, laughing, and the kind of atmosphere that invites people to relax and celebrate. The food was fun, the drinks were flowing, and every detail was designed to feel effortless.

Back to Fremont — This Time With Everyone

Most couples call it a night after the reception.Scott and Angela? They took the party back to Fremont Street.

The entire group made their way downtown for an epic after party surrounded by neon lights, music, and that signature old-school Vegas energy. It wasn’t planned down to the minute — it was organic, electric, and absolutely unforgettable. Their guests were living for it.

Rooted in Intention

Here’s the thing — as carefree and “untraditional” as this wedding looked, it was deeply intentional. From the hydrangeas that nodded to Angela’s family roots (yes, even in Vegas!) to the way every event flowed into the next, nothing was accidental.

Angela didn’t want a wedding that looked like anyone else’s — and we made sure she didn’t get one. We were in constant communication, meeting with vendors, refining designs, testing ideas, and staying anchored in what mattered most to them. From the initial vision to the final Fremont photo, everything was shaped with care.

For the Ones Who Want Something Different

Scott & Angela’s weekend was a reminder that weddings don’t have to fit into a template. You can wear whatever you want. You can skip the parts that don’t matter to you. You can have tacos, cowboy boots, vintage neon, and a pool party all in one weekend.

The best weddings? They feel like you.And this one — every minute of it — felt like Scott and Angela.
